The assistant signs in to your organization's systems as you, one system at a time, and only when it first needs one. When it reaches a system you are not signed in to, it stops and puts a sign-in card in the chat.

## What you see

The card says *Sign in to* the system's name, with a **Sign in** button. The button opens the system's own sign-in page in a secure browser sheet, where you sign in as you normally would, including any code it texts you.

*Your sign-in stays on this device — not shared with the assistant.* When you are done, the card turns to *Signed in to* the system, and the assistant carries on from the step it stopped at. Nothing else in the chat happens while it waits.

If you close the sign-in without finishing, the card says *Not signed in — nothing was sent*. Ask again when you are ready.

## When a session ends

Systems end sessions after a while. If yours has ended, the card says *Sign in to* the system *again*, and explains: *Your session with* the system *has ended. Sign in again and the assistant carries on where it was.*

## Signing out

- In an organization, **Sign Out of This Organization** (in **Settings → Accounts**) signs you out of everything that organization holds on this device at once.
- The **Vault** lists, under **Sign-ins**, each system this device is signed in to, when you signed in, and how long your last session lasted, with a **Sign Out** for each. See The Vault (FR-5).

If a sign-in keeps failing, see Sign-in problems (TS-1).
