# Releases

> Every Streamliner release that reached people, newest first, with dates and build numbers for iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Every update that reached people, newest first. The same notes are in the app, on About.

Each update is marked with the build it reached people in: iOS for iPhone and iPad, macOS for the Mac.

## October 12, 2026: iOS build 95, macOS build 95

- **Expired sign-ins are caught when you switch in**: Opening an organization checks that each system still takes your sign-in, renews it quietly when it can, and asks on Connect Your Accounts first.
- **Links belong to your organization**: Owners and admins share a streamline by link for their organization. Members don't share, and the link says Shared by your organization's name.
- **Your organization's links on Discover**: Shared by your organization lists every link its owners and admins shared, who shared each, with Copy Link and Stop Sharing.
- **Share your organization's streamlines**: Owners and admins share an organization streamline by link from the Library, once it is marked Can be shared by link and published.
- **See what becomes public first**: Before the first share, a review shows the instructions, servers, sign-ins and which steps run without a tap. Face ID confirms.
- **Copies run on their own key**: Someone who gets a shared streamline uses their own model key. Your organization's key, roles, network rules and budgets stay with you.
- **Personal streamlines share as a file**: To share one of your own streamlines by link, move it to an organization you own or manage. Share as a file still works.
- **Streamlines open filled in after you publish**: After publishing from the Library, a streamline's editor could open empty. It now shows what you published, and reads your setup again if a file is missing.
- **An incomplete setup copy is read again**: If your organization's setup on this device is missing a file, opening the Library reads it again. Share by Link says so while it reads, with Try Again.
- **Your setup catches up with publishes from elsewhere**: When your organization publishes from another device, opening the Library reads the new version, so Share by Link and the editors show what is live. Read Setup Again reads it by hand.
- **Approval is asked for by itself**: The first time you stage a change on a device, it asks your owners to approve its publishing key and names who it waits for. Your staged changes stay on the device.
- **Approve publishing in Members**: A person's page in Members lists the devices they publish from, with Approve, Decline and Revoke. The Members list marks who is waiting, and the Vault keeps one read-only line.
- **Owners see who is waiting**: An owner's approved device shows devices waiting for approval at the top of the Library and on its sidebar row, with Approve and Decline.
- **Your organizations on all your devices**: Join an organization on one device and it shows on your others through iCloud, signed out, with Sign In. Sign-ins never sync.
- **Remove an organization from every device**: Remove from This Device and Your Other Devices signs you out of it here and on your other devices, even one still signed in.

## October 12, 2026: iOS build 78, macOS build 78

- **Members: everyone in your organization**: Owners and admins see everyone, invite people from the app, and change access levels and roles.
- **Resend or withdraw an invite**: Pending invites can be resent or withdrawn. A resent link replaces the old one.
- **Suspend or remove someone**: Suspend blocks someone at once without losing anything, and Lift Suspension restores them without a new invite. Remove ends their membership.
- **Every organization keeps an owner**: The last owner can't be removed, lowered or suspended.
- **See who can use what**: Can Use shows which streamlines a person can open and why not. Preview as shows what they'd see, without running anything.
- **Who Can Use This in the Library**: A streamline's editor lists the people it's open to.
- **Activity**: Activity records what owners, admins and your systems changed, and every time someone opened a person's chat.
- **Share a streamline by link**: In the Library, open one of your streamlines and choose Share Link. Anyone with the link sees what it can do, then gets it. Sharing needs an account.
- **Open a link someone shared**: Tap the link, or paste it on Discover. You see what it connects to and what runs without asking before you get it.
- **Links you've shared, on Discover**: Shared by You lists your links, with Copy Link and Stop Sharing.
- **Use just part of a big server**: On your own streamlines, Allow picks the tools a server offers. An organization's streamlines can use patterns and Leave It Out.
- **Know when a server's tools change**: When a server adds or removes tools, the Library says so, and you choose what the streamline uses.
- **Steps you can't take stop being offered**: A step the system refuses you isn't offered again for a day. Sign in again to bring it back.
- **Refused steps on Usage**: Owners and admins see refused steps under Usage, Refusals, with a fix to stage in the Library.
- **Sign in to your organization's systems**: Organization streamlines sign in to their systems on your device. Connect Your Accounts asks once for any you aren't signed in to yet.
- **A sign-in for each customer**: Systems that sign in one customer per chat start each chat with Sign in for this customer. The sign-in is removed when the chat is done.
- **Connections in Settings**: Settings, Accounts, your organization, Connections shows each system's sign-in, with Sign In and Sign Out.
- **No more freeze after a long result**: On the Mac, a chat with a tall card, like a list of flights, could stop responding after you sent a message. Chats now stay responsive.
- **Opens your setup after a locked launch**: If Streamliner starts while your iPhone is locked, it opens your streamlines as soon as you unlock, instead of showing Join an organization.

## October 11, 2026: iOS build 70, macOS build 70

- **Assistants know the date and time**: Every message carries when you sent it, in your own time zone, so an assistant knows today's date, the year and the time.
- **A cleaner sidebar**: Chats always show under their streamline; tap a streamline for its latest chat, and press and hold or right-click for New chat and more.
- **Discover is coming**: A new Discover item in the sidebar previews where you'll find, follow and update streamlines.
- **Streamlines can have their own logo**: A logo shows wherever the streamline's icon did: the sidebar, cards, tabs and headers. The icon stays as the fallback.
- **Pick a logo in the Library**: Under Icon, choose an image or a photo, or tap Use the site's logo to fetch the service's own app icon once.
- **Cards show local times as sent**: A flight's departure shows in the airport's own time instead of only its date.
- **Your chats in the sidebar on the Mac and iPad**: Each streamline lists its open chats beneath it, as on the iPhone. Click one to open it.
- **Side by side on the iPad**: Tap Side by Side at the top of the sidebar, or the button at the end of a card's tabs, then tap streamlines, chats or tabs to put them beside each other.
- **The iPad keeps its sidebar in portrait**: Your streamlines and their chats stay in the full sidebar whichever way you hold the iPad. The row of icons is gone.
- **Show Side by Side in every streamline's menu**: On the Mac and the iPad, a streamline's ... menu starts with Show Side by Side. Each card beside another has an X to take it out.
- **Each streamline's colors in the Mac's sidebar**: Chats in the Mac's sidebar wear their streamline's colors, as on the iPad, and a streamline no longer looks selected when one of its chats is.
- **Suggestions that follow the job**: The buttons above the composer show the next step for where the work stands, such as taking payment or submitting, and change the moment the data does.
- **Let the model suggest on your own streamlines**: Switch it on and, when nothing set up applies, the assistant offers up to three short things you might say next. A tap sends them as your words.
- **Write suggestions in the Library**: A streamline's new Suggestions section holds the buttons that follow the job, and Shows when previews which would appear with sample data.
- **Downloads stay in the chat**: A card's Download button saves the file under the card. Tap it to open, share or save it; tapping the button again opens the saved copy.
- **Hand a file to your own tools**: In a streamline on this device, a file you attach can go straight to a tool that imports it, as you picked it. The assistant sees only its name.
- **Chats keep working after you edit a streamline**: Changing a streamline's instructions or tools no longer makes its open chats fail with an error.
- **Your report waits for you**: Leave Report an Issue to copy something or take a screenshot and your words, type and picture are still there when you come back. Discard Draft starts again.
- **Find a section in the streamline editor**: Chips above the form show only the sections you pick, and a chip shows a red count when its section has a problem.
- **Sync your streamlines with iCloud**: Settings > Accounts > On this device > iCloud. Your streamlines, briefs and themes on every device with your Apple ID, free, through your own iCloud.
- **Sync your chats with iCloud too**: Carry on a chat on another device: it says Continued on your Mac. Files you sent stay on the device you sent them from.
- **One Keep chats for on all your devices**: While chats sync, Keep chats for is shared: change it on one device and the others follow. Older chats go from every device and from iCloud.
- **Remove from iCloud**: Deletes your streamlines, chats or both from your iCloud after you confirm. Nothing is deleted on any of your devices.
- **Sync says what stopped it**: Signed out of iCloud, a full iCloud or a different Apple ID: the line under the switches says so, and nothing on your device is lost.

## October 11, 2026: iOS build 48, macOS build 48

- **Chats named after the job**: Your organization can name a chat from what it finds: the customer's number and name once you find them, then the offer. A chat you renamed keeps your name.
- **Press and hold a tab for its options**: Rename, Close Tab, Archive and more, for that chat. On the Mac, right-click the tab. The title at the top no longer renames.
- **More keyboard shortcuts**: Command-T opens a new chat, Shift-Command-] and [ move between tabs, and an iPad with a keyboard answers them too: hold Command to see the list.
- **Quick phrases have their own button**: The button at the left of the composer is now a clock with a circular arrow: your department's ready-made phrases.
- **A one-line composer when it is empty**: The +, the field, the microphone and Send share one line until what you type needs more room.

## October 11, 2026: iOS build 39–42, macOS build 42

- **A roomier composer**: Your words use the whole width. One + holds Attach, Scan and Quick Phrases; the microphone and Send sit inside, and move to a row along the bottom when you write more.
- **Chats as cards**: Each chat shows its last message as a small bubble, on the right if you sent it, so you see who spoke last. The needs-you number explains itself and opens that chat.
- **Hear any message again**: With Speak Replies on, each reply has a play button. Otherwise press and hold (or right-click) a message: Speak, Copy, Select Text, Share.
- **Replies written for listening**: With Speak Replies on, the assistant answers in short, plain sentences. A Voice replies tag shows it.
- **Natural voices: Samantha and Karen**: Each in the best quality your device has, with a guide to the free better download. A new choice is heard at once.
- **Scan the code you aim at**: With several codes in view, only the one under the red line is read. Sweep takes many codes at once, then you review the list.
- **Switch scan mode in the scanner**: One, Continuous or Sweep, without closing it. The scan icon shows whether it reads barcodes, QR codes or both.
- **The Library opens instantly**: A streamline's page appears at once and its fields fill in a moment later. On the Mac and iPad, a page you open has one header with a back button.
- **Tidier lists and tabs**: Previews show plain text, two chats with the same question each show their time, and tabs fade before the + instead of sliding under it.
- **Files on this Mac, one click**: Keep Files in ~/Streamliner is the recommended choice; another folder is still one click away.

## October 11, 2026: iOS build 37, 38, macOS build 38

- **Switch demo person from the account menu**: In the Meridian demo, the account switcher lists Ava, Marco and Priya: one click to try another job or access level.
- **Voice stops when you leave a chat**: Going to another chat, tab, account or window stops the reading at once. While it speaks, a Stop button shows, and Esc stops it on a keyboard.
- **Speak Replies in every chat header**: The speaker icon at the top of a chat turns reading aloud on or off, the Concierge included. It is filled while on.
- **Use on This Device from the switcher**: If you left On this device earlier, the account switcher offers it again.

## October 11, 2026: iOS build 35, 36, macOS build 36

- **Publish from the app**: Owners and admins publish their organization's staged changes from a Mac, iPad or iPhone: Library → Staged changes → Publish. You see the diff, the new version and the server's dry run, then confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
- **Devices an owner approves**: Vault → Publishing on this device makes a key that never leaves the device. An owner approves it after comparing its fingerprint on both screens, and can revoke it at any time.
- **Nothing overwritten silently**: If someone publishes while you have staged changes, yours are merged onto theirs field by field. When you both changed the same thing, the Library shows both and waits for you to choose.
- **Move a streamline into your organization**: Owners can move a streamline from On this device into their organization as a staged change. Its model key becomes the organization's own; no key is ever copied.
- **The Concierge can publish**: For organizations you administer, the Concierge stages changes and publishes them after your tap on the card.

## October 11, 2026: iOS build 33, 34, macOS build 34

- **Your organization's own model key**: Admins and owners add, replace or remove it in the Vault. It is checked with the provider, stored encrypted and never shown again: only its last four characters.
- **A clear note when no key is set**: If your organization hasn't added a model key yet, a chat says so plainly instead of failing. Members have nothing to change.

## October 11, 2026: iOS build 31, 32, macOS build 32

- **Delete a chat on the Mac**: Right-click a chat, or use Chat > Delete Chat. It asks first, and an organization's unfinished job is kept until it is done or canceled.
- **Cancel a job in the Meridian demo**: From the chat's menu: Register voids the sale, Receiving stops the receipt and Approvals leaves the offer undecided.
- **Save templates and forms with Command-S**: In the Library, as in the streamline editor.
- **Your organization's tagline**: Shown under its name when you join and in Settings > Accounts.
- **Join an Organization, the same words everywhere**: The account switcher, Settings and the sheet they open now all say Join an Organization.
- **Only sign-in types that work are offered**: The streamline editor no longer offers password or API-key sign-in for servers until they are built.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 30, macOS build 30

- **Attach photos, scans, PDFs and text files**: The assistant reads them. Photos lose their location and camera details before they leave the device.
- **Scan barcodes and QR codes**: Where your organization turns it on. A scan becomes a tag in your message, or goes straight to the job: the Register adds the tag, Receiving receives the carton.
- **Talk instead of typing**: Hold the mic to dictate, or tap it to talk hands-free. Speech is turned into text on your device; no audio is recorded or sent.
- **Hear replies read aloud**: Turn on Speak Replies in a chat. Secure forms are never read out, and confirmations are always a tap.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 28, 29, macOS build 29

- **Plus always answers**: When the new chat is already open, + puts the cursor in its message box and a short note says you already have one open.
- **Find icons by plain words**: The icon picker understands words like chat, money, delivery or customer, best matches first, with more business icons to choose from.
- **Card headers breathe like Terminal C**: On the Mac and iPad a card's title and buttons sit a little lower, with the same air above them as Terminal C.
- **Notes match your theme**: Short notes at the top of the window wear the app's colors on every device, with no frosted glass.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 26, 27, macOS build 27

- **One new chat at a time**: Tapping + again on a streamline opens the new chat you have not used yet instead of making another. Unused extras are tidied away.
- **Choose a streamline's theme properly**: The editor's Theme opens the same picker as the Theme card: follow the account, a theme with its light and dark sides, or your own accent color.
- **Chats as tabs on iPhone**: A streamline's open chats sit in a tab strip under the header, the one you are in always in view, long titles shortened neatly.
- **Nothing shows under the composer**: The strip below the message box is solid, so messages no longer peek out under it.
- **Every menu item does what it says**: Closing or archiving the chat you are in moves to the next one; an archive the streamline does not allow yet explains why.
- **Headers stay put**: The account switcher and search stay pinned at the top of the home list, and every page has a thin line under its header.
- **The key notice goes once you add a key**: The note asking for a model key disappears as soon as the vault has one.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 24, 25, macOS build 25

- **Chats, not streams**: Every conversation is now called a chat. A chat is named after your first message until you rename it, and Rename stays.
- **A tidier home**: Each streamline lists its open chats; its menu shows finished ones and archives them. Streamlines are added in the Library.
- **The Library, one page at a time**: Pages slide in with one header and a back arrow. Card designs and forms can be edited, and every page says what it is in one line.
- **Pick any icon**: A searchable sheet of icons, with the color first, each drawn neatly inside its circle.
- **Add a model key from any provider**: Choose the provider first. Anthropic works today; the others are listed as coming.
- **Report an issue to the right people**: If you belong to an organization, say whether the issue is with the app or with your organization's streamlines.
- **Room under the last message**: The last message always sits clear of the composer, and the suggestions above it stay on one row.
- **The Concierge's desk bell**: The Concierge has its own desk-bell icon and always wears the app's theme.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 22, 23

- **Your model key is accepted again**: A pasted key now loses stray spaces, line breaks and hidden characters, is checked without spending anything, and a refusal says exactly what came back. A Paste button fills the field.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 20, 21, macOS build 21

- **The Library**: Owners, admins and anyone on their own device get a Library beside Vault and Settings: streamlines, briefs, templates and forms in one place. Members never see it.
- **Briefs: write it once, every streamline reads it**: A brief is shared guidance, such as your house voice, that any streamline can include. It is read first, before the streamline's own instructions.
- **A new streamline editor**: Every setting is laid out from the published format, with instructions and briefs you can read as a page or edit with a formatting bar, and problems shown where they are.
- **Preview cards and forms**: See how a card design draws with sample data, and how a secure form looks, without sending anything.
- **Organization changes are staged, not live**: Changes to an organization's streamlines show their differences and wait, staged, until they are published as signed config.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 18, 19

- **Bigger, easier type on the iPhone**: Everything on the iPhone is drawn a third larger, in one set of type, and every button is easy to hit. The iPad keeps the Mac's sizes.
- **The Mac's look on your phone**: Pages have the Mac's header with a back button you can also swipe, and the home list mirrors the Mac's sidebar, with each streamline's streams beneath it.
- **Cards that match the conversation**: Result cards, forms and confirmations use the same type as the messages around them, on the iPhone and the iPad.
- **Sheets in your theme**: The streamline editor, the overview, joining an organization and the AI consent screen wear your theme. Secure forms look the same in every account.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 16, 17, macOS build 17

- **Meet the Concierge**: A built-in streamline in On this device that sets Streamliner up with you: streamlines for your MCP servers, their tool rules, themes and settings.
- **Every change shown before it is saved**: The Concierge drafts, shows the diff and saves only when you tap. Anything that would let a tool run without your tap is marked.
- **Your setup as files on your Mac**: Turn on Files on this Mac in Settings to keep your streamlines as plain files any agent can edit. The app checks every edit and asks before widening access.
- **Pick the Concierge's model and effort**: Sonnet with high effort by default, on your own key. Change it, or clear a stream and start fresh, from the bar above its stream.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 15, macOS build 15

- **Several accounts at once, like Slack**: Keep On this device, your organizations and the demo side by side and switch from the top of the sidebar or list. Each stays signed in and shows what needs you.
- **Settings has General and Accounts tabs**: General is the app; Accounts lists every account here with its sign-in, AI providers and a way to leave just that one.
- **Base, a black and white theme, is the default**: It follows your light or dark setting. Themes you already picked stay as they were.
- **The iPhone and iPad look like the Mac**: The iPad shows the sidebar and cards in landscape and an icon rail with one card in portrait; the iPhone keeps its list with the same pages and composer.
- **A calmer start screen**: Join an organization with its invite link, use this device for free, or try the demo; you only pick a person inside the demo.

## October 10, 2026: macOS build 14

- **The Mac looks and works like the rest of the suite**: A compact window with no gap at the top, one color from the sidebar to the cards, and the sidebar in the same order as our other Mac apps.
- **Style, About and the Vault, redone**: Style has your themes and a theme builder; About has release notes, shortcuts and the manual; the Vault shows every credential this Mac holds.
- **A theme for each streamline, from its card**: Owners see a palette in a streamline's header that opens its Theme card beside it. On this device, a pick is saved at once.
- **Report an Issue**: The last row of the sidebar sends us a bug or an idea, anonymously unless you add your name, with a screenshot if you like.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 13, macOS build 13

- **Streamliner, ready for the App Store**: Streamliner now carries its App Store identity, one app on iPhone, iPad and Mac. If you had an earlier test copy, delete it: this one replaces it.
- **A new icon**: A blue chat bubble with a lightning bolt, on black: your work, done by chat.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 12, macOS build 12

- **Your organization's look, and one for each streamline**: The list, the streams, cards and buttons now wear your organization's theme, and each streamline its own, in light and dark.
- **Pick a theme for your own streamlines**: On this device, a streamline's editor has a Theme row: keep your own color, or pick Quiet, Harbour, Refined Calm or Amber.
- **Clearer with Increase Contrast**: Text, buttons and your messages keep a stronger contrast whenever Increase Contrast is on. Secure forms always keep their own plain look.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 11, macOS build 11

- **Signing in to your systems finishes from the link**: If a sign-in page ends on "Return to Streamliner", tapping it now completes the sign-in and the stream carries on, instead of showing an error.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 10, macOS build 10

- **Sign in with Apple**: Where your organization allows it, sign in with your Apple ID instead of waiting for an email code. If your invite is for another address, one code links them.
- **Stay signed in, safely**: Your sign-in renews itself in the background. If it ends (signed out from another device, say), you're asked to sign in again; no new invite needed.
- **See and sign out your devices**: Settings > Signed-in devices lists every device signed in as you. Sign one out, or every device at once.
- **Invite links open the app**: Tap an invite from streamliner.work in Mail or Messages and Streamliner opens it straight away.
- **Streams are kept on the Mac**: On the Mac, streams and your own streamlines now stay after you quit and reopen the app.
- **Your fonts in the conversation on the Mac**: The text faces you pick under Appearance now reach the messages too, and Settings looks like a Mac settings page.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 9, macOS build 9

- **Streamliner on the Mac, with cards side by side**: Each streamline is a card and its streams are the card's tabs. Command-click a second streamline in the sidebar to work both at once, and keep the pair as an arrangement.
- **Any card in a window of its own**: Open a card in a new window from its header; its sidebar row dims and clicking it brings the window forward. Close the window and the card comes back.
- **The overview and every stream beside the card**: The icons in a card's header open the stream's overview or the list of all its streams. Closing a tab never deletes a stream: find it again under Streams.
- **Themes, fonts and an About page with a manual**: Pick a theme and text faces under Appearance. About has the release notes and a manual, and what is new shows once after an update.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 8

- **Signing in to your company's system no longer hangs**: After you finish on the sign-in page (an SMS code, say), the page now closes and you're back in the stream, instead of a spinner that never ended.
- **You choose before the assistant sees anything**: Before your first stream, a short screen says which AI service answers you, what is sent and what never is. Allow or don't; change it in Settings.
- **AI providers in Settings**: See which AI services your streamlines use and turn each one on or off. The offline demo sends nothing and never asks.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 7

- **Join your organization from an invite**: Tap the invite link, or paste it under Join your organization, then sign in with an email code or your company account. The link alone grants nothing.
- **Your password stays out of the chat**: Signing in with your company account uses a native form: the password goes to your company's system once and is never kept or shown to the assistant.
- **See your team's usage**: Admins and owners find Usage in Settings: the last 7 or 30 days or this month, by person, role, streamline or model, with an estimated cost.
- **A calm note when you reach a limit**: When you are close to today's limit a quiet banner says so, and if you reach it the stream says whose limit it is and when it resets.
- **Leaving an organization leaves nothing behind**: If your access ends, Streamline signs you out and removes that organization's streams and setup from this device, and tells you so.

## October 10, 2026: iOS build 6

- **Streamlines bring their own cards**: A streamline file can carry card designs for its tools: account, cards, addresses, items with photos, quotes and receipts drawn natively, checked when you import it.
- **Price a layaway with one tap**: Buttons on a card can run a quick lookup straight away, like pricing a layaway for an item in the search results, without typing.
- **Receipts as a PDF, when you tap**: Ask for a receipt's PDF and the card shows an Open PDF button. Nothing opens until you tap it, and the link works once.
- **Sign in again when a session ends**: When a system says your session is over, a Sign in again card appears and what you asked for carries on after you sign in.
- **See how long you have been signed in**: Settings > Vault shows when you signed in to each system and how long your last session lasted, with Sign out beside each one.

## October 9, 2026: iOS build 5

- **Use Streamline on your own, free**: Choose Use on this device: your own streamlines, your own Anthropic key and your chats stay on this phone. No account, and nothing is stored on our servers.
- **Your keys live in a vault**: Settings > Vault keeps your Anthropic key in the Keychain, checks it when you paste it, and can sync it to your other devices through iCloud Keychain.
- **Make your own streamlines**: Give one a name, icon, color, instructions, a Claude model and the systems it may use. Import one from a file, or share yours as a file.
- **Sign in to your systems when they ask**: The first time a system needs you, a Sign in card appears in the chat. You sign in on its own page and the assistant carries on; it never sees your sign-in.
- **Talks to Claude directly**: On this device the assistant calls Claude straight from your phone with your own key. Anything that changes data waits for your tap.
- **Choose which tools need your tap**: For each system in a streamline, list the tools that only read, the ones that always ask, the ones that ask only when they change something, and any to hide.
- **A calm card when a system says no**: When a system answers not found or not allowed, the chat shows the reason in a quiet card instead of a list of raw fields.

## October 9, 2026: iOS build 4

- **The assistant now works from your phone**: Your company's systems answer the phone directly, so lookups and tickets come straight back to you. Only the conversation with the assistant goes through Streamline.
- **Some departments are on site only**: Your company can keep a department to its own networks. Away from them you see a short note in the chat, and the department is marked On site only.
- **Access can be switched off at once**: If your company removes your access, the assistant stops answering on your next message.
- **Try it online from Settings**: The demo still runs entirely on the phone by default. Settings > Agent mode can point it at a test server instead.

## October 9, 2026: iOS build 2

- **Ring up a sale by chatting**: Try the Meridian demo: pick Ava, open a New sale, and the ticket builds itself beside the chat. Nothing is submitted until you tap Submit.
- **One chat per job, grouped by department**: Register, Approvals and Receiving each have their own color, icon and quick phrases. You see only the departments your role allows.
- **Card and ID details stay out of the chat**: Secure forms send them straight to the company. The assistant only learns the outcome, and the card says so.
- **Works on a plane**: The demo runs entirely on the phone, with no account and no network.
